Technology that fits your household
Built around the way your home works
A connected home should be dependable, understandable and comfortable for everyone using it. Existing equipment is considered first, with sensible recommendations only where they add real value.
- Work with suitable equipment you already own
- Plan reliable Wi-Fi before adding more devices
- Consider privacy and security from the beginning
- Explain how everything works before handover
A home, not a technology showroom
No one-size-fits-all smart home.
Your setup should reflect your household, budget and comfort with technology—not a list of devices you do not need.
A straightforward process
From frustrating technology to a practical solution
01
Describe your home and goal
Tell me what is not working or what you want to achieve. You do not need to know the technical terminology.
02
Agree on a sensible plan
I will explain the options, what can be reused and whether the work is best handled remotely or at your home.
03
Configure and explain
The system is installed or corrected, tested properly and explained in plain English before the work is complete.
Common questions
Before you get in touch
Can you work with equipment I already own?
Yes. Existing equipment is reviewed first. Replacement is only recommended when compatibility, reliability or security makes it the sensible option.
Can you help outside Wellington?
Yes. Many configuration and troubleshooting tasks can be handled remotely throughout New Zealand. Physical installations are available across the wider Wellington region.
Can you help plan a system before I buy?
Yes. Planning first can prevent incompatible purchases, poor coverage and unnecessary spending—particularly for Wi-Fi, cameras, automation and storage.
What information should I send?
Describe the problem or goal, the equipment you already have and which parts of the house are affected. Photos or model numbers can also be useful.
Tell me what you want your home technology to do.
Describe what is not working or what you would like to build, and I will help identify the right next step.
